Samantha Malone
About
Samantha has been surrounded by pest management her entire life. Her father and aunt both owned successful pest management companies, and despite her best efforts to “never do what her dad did,” she has absolutely fallen in love with the industry. When her college dreams of becoming a classically trained clarinetist didn’t work out, she threw herself into pest management wholeheartedly.
With the support of her family and countless industry contacts, Samantha has been able to embrace and grow in her career. She currently serves as the Executive Director for both the Washington State Pest Management Association and the Oregon Pest Control Association, in addition to her role with Olympia Pest.
Samantha is a graduate of the National Pest Management Association’s Executive Leadership Program (2025) and was recently awarded the Pi Chi Omega Industry Grant to assist her in obtaining her Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification later this year.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys good wine, great food, travel, sunshine, and spending time in the company of others.
